These terms apply when you use the BYN («باين») app and website. By using BYN you agree to them.

The service

BYN is a tool to plan and track your personal money: budgets, accounts, transactions, goals and reports, with an optional cloud account to sync your data.

BYN helps you organise your own numbers. It isn't a bank, doesn't move money, and nothing in BYN (including the smart assistant or connected AI apps) is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Decisions about your money are yours.

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

What you put in BYN is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as explained in the privacy policy.
You can export your transactions and delete your account at any time.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
Free trials, if offered, end when you buy; any unused trial time is lost. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA) also applies to the app.

If you connect an AI app through MCP, you allow it to read your budget and make the changes you approve. You can disconnect it at any time. We aren't responsible for third-party AI apps or what they do with the data you share with them.

Don't misuse BYN: no attempts to access other people's data, break or overload the service, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for anything illegal.

We work to keep BYN available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may improve or change features over time.

To the extent the law allows, BYN isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

You can stop using BYN and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
